Special Pet Requirements
If you have more than three dogs, three cats or any combination thereof, you are required to file an application for a Special Pet License with the City of Bismarck.
Upon submission and review of your application, a member of the Fire Department's Environmental Health Staff will contact you for inspection of your premises. Upon approval of the inspection, a Special Pet License will be issued with the understanding that you will comply with the requirements of the ordinance as stated in
Title 3-03-02.10-A-H
