Schools that have nurses include: Centennial, Grimsrud, Highland Acres, Jeannette Myhre, Miller, Moses, Murphy, Northridge, Pioneer, Prairie Rose, Riverside, Roosevelt, Saxvik, Will Moore and Burleigh County Schools.

- Screening for vision, hearing, dental, scoliosis, height, weight and blood pressure
