An event or situation requiring immediate action; or any condition endangering or thought to be endangering life or property.

- Breathing problems
- Choking / unconscious person
- Crime in progress
- Drowning
- Fights or displays of weapons
- Fire (or smell of smoke)
- Other life-threatening situations
- Poisoning
- Stabbing or shooting

- Barking dogs
- Keys locked in vehicle
- Late report of crime
- Legal advice
- Loud parties
- Minor accidents (no injuries)
- Power outage during a storm
- Runaways
