Qualifications:
Bids must be submitted on blanks furnished by the City of Bismarck and in accordance with specifications and conditions therein contained.

The proposals must be mailed to Keith Demke, P.E., Director of Utility Operations (PO Box 5503, Bismarck ND58506-5503) or otherwise deposited with Keith Demke, P.E., Director of Utility Operations (601 South 26th Street, Bismarck ND) and shall be sealed and endorsed “Storm Water Software”.
